Why did congress and regulators let this economic meltdown happen?
Q. they must not know anything about running a government. just the usa has anything like this. bush didn't know anything and congress doesn't know anything and obama was out of town. are these people really qualified for their jobs? these people behave as if they are royalty and answer to nobody. ooops, just take another trillion, it is only paper.

Are US regulators waiting for energy prices to collapse the economy before they move on the problem?
Q. If oil tops $100 barrel, $4 to $5 a gallon will not be out of the question for gas. And home heating oil?...forget about it. Natural gas prices are low? Where on earth have you been living? Natural gas prices are setting records and are up 10% this year so far over the 25% they went up last year.

However, where accuracy and fine regulatory control of pneumatic system pressure is required, regulators have rapidly evolved. The current state of the art provides pressure regulators that include an electrically controlled actuator, most often a solenoid, to regulate the output pressure.
